Gleason Builders LLC is a full service general contracting firm founded by Thad Gleason in May 2018. The company is comprised of seasoned professionals each bringing their own expertise to assure our client of the best possible experience/outcome for their project.

We offer an array of construction delivery methods to accommodate your needs. We also maintain memberships in local trade associations such as the Precast Concrete Institute, Association of General Contractors, as well as the American Subcontractors Association.

Our dedicated staff of Estimators, Project Managers, and Project Superintendents is ready to assist you in all of your construction needs. We also have an extensive list of subcontractors and suppliers with whom we have worked with on past projects that have performed well at any tasks given. In addition, Gleason Builders has an established working relationship with local architects, structural engineers, civil engineers, and environmental firms who will also bring their expertise to your project. Being a small general contracting firm, your project will get the attention it deserves and its principals and partners are involved in each project. We keep the client informed from conception until a Certificate of Occupancy is obtained.
